Chili’s originally hired an agency to design the loyalty experience for the Ziosk. I found the design the agency sent over to be inferior and a poor representation for Ziosk.
So, I took it upon myself to redesign the experience in my spare time.
The stars aligned and Chili’s came to us to redesign what the agency created.
My version of the experience was well received by Chili’s and is currently in the field.
